國務會：仍有訓政必要 約法延長實施至2026年6月
木麻黃共和國國務委員會今（29）日訓令展延訓政時期至2026年6月30日。
The Council of State of the Republic of Casuarina today (29) decreed the extension of the Political Tutelage Period until June 30, 2026.
我國自2019年5月施行訓政約法，進入訓政時期以來，由國務主席領導國家，持續發展。國務會2021年公告訓政中止辦法，說明該會若未於今年5月12日前發布繼續訓政的訓令，則訓政時期約法將在6月25日自動失效。
Our country has been under the leadership of the Chairperson of the State since May 2019, when the Provisional Constitution of the ROC was implemented and the country entered the Political Tutelage Period, which continues to develop. The Council in 2021 announced the steps of suspension of the Period, stating that if the Council does not issue the order to continue the tutelage before May 12 this year, the Period will automatically expire on June 25.
經過國務會的研商，認為我國仍然適合繼續實施訓政體制，以配合實際國情。因此，該會在今日稍早發布訓字第010號令，宣布繼續施行訓政時期約法至2026年6月30日。如果該會若未於2026年6月8日前發布繼續訓政的訓令，則訓政時期約法將在6月30日自動失效。（國務會）
After the Council's deliberations, it is considered appropriate for our country to continue to implement the Political Tutelage system in order to meet the actual national conditions. Therefore, the Council issued Order No. (Xun) 010 earlier today, announcing the continuation of the Provisional Constitution until June 30, 2026. If the Council does not issue the order to continue the discipline before June 8, 2026, then the Provisional Constitution will automatically expire on June 30. (Council of State)
